Psychoanalysis in the space of sounds. Intermedia program in four parts.
Dom Radio, St. Petersburg, Russia, 2023
A series of digital sculptures was created and exhibited for the first time as part of the intermedia lecture series “Psychoanalysis in the Space of Sounds” in collaboration with psychoanalyst, art theorist and philosopher Viktor Mazin, as well as residents of the House of Radio.
Over the course of four lectures, they talked about the interrelation of schizoanalysis and music, about the ethical-aesthetic paradigm of the French schizoanalyst Felix Guattari, the face and voice, the rhizome designed to fight the roots, smooth and grooved musical spaces, sound and bird ritornellos, lines of escape from paranoia, about becoming-non-human and assemblages, the subject-collective opposing the paranoid masses at the schizophrenic pole, as well as about desiring and musical machines.

Choreographic performance
Electrotheatre Stanislavsky, Moscow, 2023
The New Stage of Alexandrinsky theatre, St.Petersburg, 2023
“Brave New World”, the performance by choreographer Ilya Manylov is an attempt to record changes, as if defining a new concept of life itself, perhaps illusory. The transition from the past state of movement and thinking to the “other self”. Choreography is created intuitively, inviting dancers to discover patterns from both their personal past and popular culture. Media scenography is the result of experiments using neural networks and generative graphics.

Brave New World
AV-performance of Dima Anikin / resequence & Tanya Akhmetgalieva
Fields Inventive Music Festival, Garage Screen Cinema, Garage Museum, Moscow, 2021
The AV performance “Blackout” was inspired by the book “…A Gathering of Friends Abandoned by Fate” – a collection of philosophical and esoteric texts by writers from the circle of Daniil Kharms, and Leonid Lipavsky in particular. Embarking on an artistic exploration of the nature of horror, artists reflect on personal, collective and universal time; in its turn, sparkling black of Akhmetgalieva graphics act as a metaphor for concentrated emptiness.
Music: Dima Anikin / resequence
Digital art: Tanya Akhmetgalieva
String trio: Ulya Volkova, Regina Shteynman, Roman Vikulov
Duration: 60 minutes
